## Job description

【職務定位】 協助推動公司數位轉型、系統導入、流程優化及雲端相關專案。此角色不需為雲端技術專家，但需具備良好的專案管理能力、跨部門溝通協調能力與快速學習能力，能在業務單位、資訊團隊、架構團隊、資安團隊、維運團隊及外部廠商之間建立共識，推動專案順利落地。 【主要工作內容】
- 負責數位轉型、系統導入、流程優化或雲端相關專案之規劃、執行與追蹤。
- 協助專案需求盤點、範疇確認、時程規劃、資源協調、風險控管與議題追蹤。
- 與業務、資訊開發、架構、資安、基礎設施、維運及外部廠商合作，釐清需求並推動解決方案落地。
- 整理專案會議、決策紀錄、風險議題、進度報告與管理階層簡報。
- 追蹤專案執行狀況，確保里程碑、交付項目與驗收標準如期完成。
- 協助將複雜技術或跨單位議題轉化為清楚、可執行的計畫。
- 支援公司應用系統上雲、資料平台建置、雲端服務導入或其他數位轉型相關專案。
- 協助建立專案管理流程、文件模板、溝通機制與專案治理方法，提升團隊協作效率。
