## Job description

職務定位 承接通路業務及流程改善需求，將使用者需求轉化為清楚的作業流程與系統需求，從需求釐清、測試到上線持續參與，協助提升業務效率與使用體驗。 工作內容
- 蒐集及釐清通路使用者需求，整理作業問題、使用情境與預期改善目標。
- 梳理業務流程及操作步驟，撰寫需求文件、流程圖、業務規則與驗收條件。
- 與資訊、營運及相關單位確認需求細節，追蹤待確認事項、需求異動及處理進度。
- 設計及執行UAT測試案例，涵蓋正常流程與例外情境，整理缺陷、追蹤修正並辦理驗證。
- 協助上線前作業準備、操作文件與教育訓練，確認使用單位掌握流程變更。
- 蒐集上線後使用回饋，協助釐清問題，提出後續改善需求。 必要條件
- 具2年以上金融業業務企劃、營運、流程改善、系統專案或BA相關經驗。
- 能理解使用者需求，具邏輯分析及清楚撰寫系統規格文件的能力。
- 具跨單位溝通及工作追蹤能力，願意深入了解前、中、後台作業。
- 曾參與系統需求、測試或流程改善工作。
- 具前台或營運實務經驗且有志轉任BA者亦歡迎應徵。 特別歡迎具金融業系統導入、需求分析或專案管理經驗的軟體服務（SaaS）、資訊系統整合（SI）及金融科技廠商人才加入，發揮金融業務理解、跨系統整合與需求分析專長，共同推動證券通路數位轉型及業務流程優化。
