## Job description
- AI 投資研究專案管理，判斷商業價值，梳理跨部門需求，對接前中後台與外部協作廠商。
- 主導投研平台開發及維護，負責 AI 產品的交付時程、跨單位落地率與使用者體驗。
- 金融、資管、商管或資訊相關科系學士/碩士學位，具備資產管理投信/投顧或軟體業 PM 經驗者佳。
- 具備出色跨部門溝通、談判與衝突解決能力，能需求轉化為清晰的開發規格。
- 熟悉軟體開發生命週期、敏捷開發流程。
- 對生成式 AI（LLM, RAG, Prompt Engineering）之技術邏輯有基礎理解。
- 具備系統測試、UI/UX 評估經驗，或具備數據分析能力（如追蹤用戶活躍度指標）者優先。
