## Job description
- 依據主管機關法令及本行內部規範，執行壽險要保文件檢核作業，確保案件品質並落實風險控管。
- 運用AI及數位工具優化作業流程，提升檢核效率與行政效能，推動數位轉型。
- 訂定保險相關獎勵辦法，製作並定期提供業務管理報表，追蹤保險商品銷售績效及目標達成情形。
- 掌握保險市場趨勢、同業商品及業務推動策略，研擬因應措施，並協助保險商品規劃與開發。
- 規劃及製作保險商品教育訓練與輔銷資料，提供前線業務同仁商品諮詢及銷售支援。
- 執行主管交辦之專案及其他事項。
