- 功能規劃與系統發展並進 彙整業務需求、規劃開發時程，推動功能落地，也參與平台中長期發展策略。

### 穩定系統 × 優化體驗
- 打造可靠又好用的商險平台 處理使用者回饋的異常問題，並持續優化功能，提升整體使用體驗。

### 用數據說話
- 追蹤使用行為、驅動優化決策 定期產出使用報表，觀察平台使用狀況，作為後續優化與決策依據。

### 資訊同步零落差
- 文件與參數維護 功能更新時同步調整設計說明與參數設定，確保系統文件與實際運作保持一致。

### 跨部門橋樑角色
- 溝通與協作推進 與業務、IT 等單位密切合作，釐清需求、分工協作，確保開發流程順利推進
