## Job description
- 支援 ITSM 平台（ServiceNow）、Power Platform（Microsoft Power Platform）及 RPA（UiPath／Power Automate）相關需求分析、流程梳理、產製規格文件與應用開發。
- 協助推動ITSM及RPA自動化案例應用，並配合團隊完成自動化專案落地、測試與後續優化。
- 負責自動化平台系統管理，包含平台管理、使用規範諮詢、流程追蹤、問題排除與日常支援。
- 廠商管理與溝通，包含合約、需求、專案執行及其他事項。
