## Job description

我們誠摯邀請具備證券業客服或業務經驗、擁有成熟應對能力及專業服務精神的您，加入我們的優質團隊。 【工作內容】
- 提供專業、即時且精準的客戶服務，能獨立處理中高難度之客訴案件
- 深入了解客戶需求，協助分析、提出解決方案並追蹤後續成效
- 熟悉客服流程與營業操作，能妥善引導客戶完成相關申請、交易或諮詢 【條件資格】
- 需具備 3 年以上證券客服專員 或 營業員 相關經驗
- 熟悉證券業務與客戶服務技巧

### 具備優異溝通技巧、同理心與問題分析能力，服務態度佳、抗壓性高、責任感強 ※為擴大招攬數位菁英人才，面試流程如下
