- 專注於客戶體驗推廣智能服務，運用標註及模型訓練，打造最佳客戶旅程。
- 透過智能客服、智能語音標註與訓練，根因挖掘痛點。
- 參與智能服務相關知識點、流程搭建與體驗回饋，共同提升客戶優質體驗。
- 規劃並執行智能服務廣宣計畫，持續擴大服務客群及深化客戶黏著度。
- 其他主管交辦事項。
