## Job description

(1)負責通路人員之培訓藍圖，協助課程規劃開發及執行(實體或數位)，以目標為導向追蹤成效，確保課程教授品質。 (2)分析通路人員能力缺口，提供對應之培訓資源或開發新課程，並追蹤培訓成效。 (3)與行內各領域專家共同規劃與開發課程；引進外部培訓資源，並與外部專家洽商適合本行之培訓規劃。 (4)蒐集新型態教學培訓手法、規劃並評估導入可行性。 (5)優化講師的管理及培育，激勵行內同仁擔任講師意願，以利人才發展。
