## Job description

【職務簡介】 負責規劃、開發與導入生成式 AI 技術，聚焦於 GenAI 應用串接、LLM 再開發、RAG/Agent 應用與架構優化，協同團隊打造 Data-Driven, AI-Driven 解決方案。 【工作內容】
- 與 AI PM 合作，協助釐清業務痛點後，設計並實作 GenAI-based, RAG, AI Agent 等生成式 AI 解決方案的應用架構。
- 開發實作 LLM 應用，持續優化 AI 產品的效率、可擴展性和性能。
- 設計、建構與維運高可靠、低延遲的 LLM 推論服務與系統架構（Prompt Framework、API Gateway）。
- 實作並優化 AI Agent、Multi-Agent System 及 Agent Orchestration 流程。
- 與 AI 資料科學家協作，共同設計 GenAI 與 ML/DL 模型的整合方案，實現複合式 AI 應用。
- 與資訊工程、AI 平台工程師、AI 治理等單位協作，完成 GenAI 產品的全流程部署、上線與監控。
- 掌握生成式 AI、LLM、RAG 等前沿技術，執行快速 PoC 與評估可行性。
