## Job description

國泰證券為台灣數位券商的標竿， 數位營運中心亦為業界首創，不再倚靠傳統業務員，採集中化提供客戶各項服務。 我們期待你加入後不只想當一個專才，而是想挑戰各種沒嘗試過的任務。讓工作變成一種學習，透過學習完成工作。

### 本職位培訓您成為全方位服務好手，逐步熟悉以下工作

工作項目：
- 客戶線上申辦業務檢核、洗錢防制審查。
- 通知客戶重要訊息，執行外撥關懷專案。
- 提供客戶交易相關與平台操作諮詢。
- 夜間時段緊急服務作業如:複委託、帳務、優惠活動及各項服務諮詢，並協助顧客解決題。
- 專職中、晚班班別者，另享有夜班津貼。 工作待遇 1. 月薪 43,000 元以上 （固定或變動薪資因個人資歷或績效而異） 2. 保障14個月，加計績效獎金
