## Job description

✅實習期間：2027.2-2027.6 ✅你會做什麼

一、把學習活動變得更有趣！ 從 AI 課程、軟實力講座到互動工作坊，參與主題發想、活動設計與執行，把「大家想學什麼」變成真的可以參加的學習體驗。

### 挖掘大家想學什麼
- 透過問卷、訪談或資料整理，找出同仁最有興趣、最需要的學習主題。

### 課程主題發想
- 研究熱門 AI 工具、應用趨勢與職場技能，把有趣的題目變成課程內容。

### 設計互動玩法
- 協助規劃分組活動、實作任務、討論題目，讓課程不只是坐著聽。

### 活動籌備與執行
- 從前期準備、教材整理到活動現場，一起把企劃真正落地。

### 活動成效分析
- 整理參與率、回饋與滿意度，找出下一次可以更好玩的地方。

### 二、打造

AI 挑戰賽與徽章制度！ 參與設計 AI 小挑戰、競賽與徽章制度，讓同仁透過完成任務，一步步累積自己的 AI 能力。

### 發想 AI 小挑戰
- 設計不同主題、不同難度的 AI 任務或小型競賽。

### 徽章制度設計
- 一起思考完成什麼任務可以解鎖什麼徽章，讓學習成果更有成就感。

### 引爆活動熱潮
- 加入闖關、集點、排行榜或團隊挑戰等玩法，提高參與度。

### 整理能力標籤
- 把競賽成果、徽章與不同能力串起來，協助建立同仁的能力地圖。

### 設計個人學習目標
- 讓同仁可以依照自己的能力與目標，找到下一步要挑戰什麼。

### 視覺化成果展現
- 透過圖表或 Dashboard，呈現參與情況與學習成果。

### 一起想推廣方式
- 協助設計活動文案、宣傳內容與玩法說明，讓大家一看就想參加。
