## Job description

金融商品輔導銷售顧問（FC）需要能及時且清楚地傳達投資市場趨勢策略，並能善用基本面、技術面及公司研究資源研判投資趨勢，摘要撰寫評估報告。高度了解各種金融產品特色，能與金融商品投資顧問及分公司業務人員進行合作，了解客戶風險適合度進行客製化的投資建議達成業務目標。
- 協助金融商品投資顧問及分公司業務人員開發業務，進行陪訪或舉辦小型說明會進行產品銷售；
- 金融商品教育訓練及銷售演練，並且跟進金融市場趨勢，提供報告及跨資產的投資建議；
- 對轄下分公司的投資部位及業務目標進行管理追蹤；
- 執行債券詢價報價與結構型產品標的配置與交易；
- 能進行跨部門緊密的團隊合作與產品部門一同打造客製化的服務，達成專業、一站式的理財體驗，滿足客戶海內外的投資需求；
- 具有前瞻思考能力提供差異化服務，提升國泰證券競爭力。
