## Job description

職務說明 負責電子交易平台（證券、期貨及複委託）之功能測試、驗測規劃與問題追蹤， 協助系統負責人確保系統品質、需求交付及版本上線作業順利完成。

### 一、系統測試規劃與執行
- 依據需求規格撰寫測試案例（Test Case）及測試報告（Test Report）。
- 規劃新功能驗測情境，執行系統功能測試及整合測試。
- 驗證電子交易平台（Web、APP、AP）功能是否符合需求規格。
- 執行廠商交付版本驗測，確認功能正確性及系統穩定性。
- 協助撰寫及維護自動化測試腳本。
- 進行問題重現、缺陷追蹤及修正驗證。

### 二、專案與上線作業支援
- 協助系統負責人進行專案進度追蹤及問題管理。
- 配合系統版本上線作業，執行驗測及結果確認。
- 協助撰寫系統換版相關文件及資訊安全管理制度（ISMS）文件。
- 協助帳號盤點、權限檢核及各項例行性管理作業。
- 協助系統負責人撰寫壓力測試腳本與配合壓力測試。

### 三、跨部門協作
- 與業務單位、系統分析人員及開發廠商共同確認需求與測試重點。
- 協助釐清系統問題及驗證修正結果。
- 提供測試結果及改善建議，提升系統品質與使用者體驗。

### 作業平台
- Windows、iOS、Android

### 文書工具
- Word、Excel、PowerPoint
- 具基本 SQL 查詢能力者佳
