## Job description

職務定位 透過經營數據分析與重點專案追蹤，協助管理階層掌握通路營運現況、辨識異常，並推進重要工作落實。 工作內容
- 整合通路業績、客群、活動量及服務品質等資料，維護管理指標定義與報表口徑。
- 建置及維護經營Dashboard與定期報告，分析績效差異、趨勢及異常，提出後續追蹤重點。
- 配合經營議題進行專題分析，協助評估制度、活動或改善措施的執行成效。
- 維護重點專案清單、里程碑與追蹤機制，彙整進度、風險、相依事項及待決策議題。
- 籌備經營與專案檢討會議，整理決議、責任分工及完成期限，追蹤執行結果。
- 改善人工彙整與重複報表作業，提升資料品質及管理資訊的即時性。 必要條件
- 具2年以上經營分析、商業分析、管理報表、專案管理或相關經驗。
- 熟悉Excel，能獨立進行資料整理、交叉分析及圖表呈現。
- 具數據判讀能力，能將分析結果轉化為清楚的管理資訊與行動建議。
- 具進度管理及跨單位協調能力，能辨識需要升級處理的議題。
- 工作有條理，能同步掌握多項任務及交付時程。 特別歡迎具金融業MA、市場研究、或零售、電商、電信等跨產業數據分析與經營管理經驗的人才加入，發揮數據洞察與問題分析專長，共同推動證券通路經營決策優化與營運效能提升。
