- 辦理各式中英文合約審閱，需具備金融業合約審閱相關經驗
- 有紛爭解決之實務經驗，能協助法律協商或爭訟調解
- 協助提供法令修改建言
- 對私募股權基金領域有興趣，提供法律諮詢
- 對投信法規熟悉，能提供其他部門法律相關問題諮詢
- 其他主管交辦事項
