## Job description

📍AI in IT 應用情境盤點與評估： 協助進行 IT 內部作業流程（開發/測試/維運）之痛點盤點，研究並評估先進生成式 AI 工具（如 Claude AI）於日常工作之落地可行性與效率提升指標。 📍IT 策略落地與數據分析支援： 協助追蹤 2027 IT 四大策略主軸之執行進度，進行跨部門流程瓶頸之數據盤點，並參與「高階跨部敏捷溝通（Office Hour）」之會前前置分析與簡報製作。 📍前瞻技術與 FinOps 框架研究： 協助蒐集國際金融科技/雲端財務治理（FinOps for AI）最新趨勢，參與輕量化效益評估模型與標準化作業範本之整理。
