## Job description

★本部門提供師徒制教學、完整職能培訓與跨單位輪調制度，歡迎畢業生，從零開始學習撰寫授信報告與實務操作，協助您成為全方位的金融專才。 【工作內容】
- 辦理房貸案件之徵審作業
- 審查一般覆審案件及大額、理財展期等特殊授信案件
- 授信審查流程優化，執行流程改善方案 【發展與資源】
- 設有師徒制手把手教學機制，新進人員由專人帶領、快速上手
- 提供職能輪調計畫（企劃、貸後、業務推展等），協助建立多元授信專業
- 歡迎畢業生與無相關經驗者應徵，部門具備教學機制
