## Job description

【我們在做什麼？】 核保人員就像是保險世界裡的風險守門員。 海上保險/水險核保人員（Marine Underwriter）的主要工作，是在客戶申請投保時，依據不同標的與風險特性，評估公司是否適合承保，以及如何設計合理的承保條件與保費。

### 我們會思考幾個重要問題
- 這批貨物要運送到哪裡？
- 航程是否會經過戰爭、衝突或高風險區域？
- 船舶的船齡、航行區域與管理狀況是否穩定？
- 如果承保，保費與條件應該如何設計才合理？ 舉例來說，貨物險會依據貨物種類、航程、運送方式及目的地風險進行評估； 船體險則會關注船舶種類、船齡、船東管理狀況、航行區域與過往理賠紀錄等。 這份工作並不只是單純「審核文件」或「計算保費」，而是需要從各種資訊中分析風險、理解產業運作模式，再進一步規劃承保條件。 你可能今天研究半導體設備運輸，明天接觸冷凍食品海運；工作橫跨國際貿易、航運產業與風險管理，是一份充滿挑戰與學習成長的工作。 不論是社會新鮮人，或是具保險相關經驗的夥伴，只要對風險評估與核保工作有興趣，歡迎加入我們，一起探索保險與海運世界中的各種可能。 【工作內容】
- 承保風險資料分析 從貨物類型、航程、運輸方式等資訊，逐步熟悉不同產業的風險特性，培養風險分析與判斷能力。
- 風險評估與核保作業 依據風險評估結果，學習保費計算、承保條件判斷、條款適用及保單合約製作等核保作業。
- 系統流程優化與測試 參與核保系統驗測與流程調整，從日常作業中發現問題並提出改善建議，協助提升作業效率與流程品質。
- 統計分析與經營管理 透過統計報表、損失率及經營數據分析，觀察各險種的風險趨勢與經營狀況，作為核保與商品策略調整參考。
- 商品送審與文件管理 協助保險商品送審、文件整理與資料歸檔，熟悉保險商品從規劃到上線的整體流程。
