## Job description

【我們的團隊介紹】 我們是隸屬在國泰金控策略溝通行銷處下的公關發展部，為公司對外溝通與媒體關係維護之主要單位，承金控品牌策略銜接子公司(國泰人壽、國泰世華銀行、國泰產險、國泰投信、國泰證券、國泰投顧等)業務，共同梳理價值型議題，透過各式媒體溝通模式，對外達到廣宣效益。 公關的日常業務範圍包括「媒體關係維護」、「議題掌握與行銷企劃」、「輿情監測管理」，因此我們希望找尋熟悉媒體生態夥伴，並且也能對內掌握關鍵議題，透過行銷規劃將完整執行方案從0到1企劃，需要在各項過程中，表現出清晰邏輯、對議題掌握敏銳度，以及耐心、細心與正向樂觀態度。

### 職務包含但不限如下相關內容
- 媒體公關暨危機處理，需具備金融專業領域，能快速撰寫 talking points以及新聞稿，具有金融、政治、社會線媒體生態/人脈者佳
- 議題規劃、創意發想/執行
- 社群媒體輿情監測、產業動態分析
- 媒體生態多元，除主流媒體更延伸至社群，因此輿情掌握、市場動態觀察亦為重點工作之一，故熟悉社群溝通模式、效益演算等domain knowledge
- 其他主管交辦事務 【我們期待的特質】
- 具備金融專業領域知識（包括但不限於銀行、壽險、產險、金融科技、電商、新創等）
- 具備傳媒領域知識（包括但不限於社群溝通模式、效益演算等）
- 擁有清晰邏輯、對議題掌握敏感度、耐心、細心與正向樂觀態度，對於未知及不確定性擁有彈性與熱忱
- 具備良好的人際溝通能力、強大學習力及樂於與團隊或跨部門協作的能力
