## Job description
- 建立並優化私人銀行業務管理制度、作業流程及規範辦法，強化內部控制與服務效率、確保前中後台作業順暢。
- 推動私人銀行前台與跨單位金融商品交易流程優化，規劃及整合台灣與海外據點業務總約及相關契據，以提升客戶服務體驗與營運效能。
- 負責跨單位溝通及資源整合，推動相關專案及營運系統優化，落實私人銀行業務發展策略。
- 及時協助私人銀行前台問題解決，提供流程及系統面支援。
