## Job description

負責規劃、執行吸引潛在顧客之會員經營活動，以從「數位通路」推廣為主，達到增加會員互動、增加黏著度及提升會員價值之目的。

### 工作包含
- 會員行銷活動規劃與執行（如上線互動活動、產出活動網頁等）。
- 異業合作之洽談與執行（提供更多元的會員權益予會員）。
- 與會員溝通之行銷廣宣規劃與執行（如電子報、LINE推播等）。
- 分眾經營規劃、執行與數據監測。

### 規劃及執行能力
- 團隊中一定有人規劃力強、或執行能力佳，故將依能力特質分派業務，但至少兩者(規劃、執行)都要有能力自主進行。

### 跨部門溝通協作
- 與平台系統、IT、數據分析人員合作，將策略化成實際執行方案。

### 數據追蹤及洞察力
- 如定期關注會員經營各項數據指標、外部市場趨勢、負責活動之成效追蹤等→透過數據找出潛在目標客群、挖掘機會點、及作為後續方案規劃＆優化依據。
