## Job description

一、協助管理海外分支機構之洗錢防制及打擊資助恐怖主義(AML/CFT)業務，包含
- 各項規範制定，建立溝通管道、督導教育訓練之執行、控管相關法令訊息及媒體資訊之蒐集與發佈等。
- 現有產品服務之定期盤點及新產品服務之檢視評估。
- 檢視並協助海外各分支機構完成機構風險評估 (EWRA), 並協助檢視AML/CFT風險辨識、評估、管理之相關政策及程序，以確保海外分支機構AML/CFT制度之落實。
- 執行兩地法規差異分析。
- 檢視海外分支機構與總行政策與制度間之差異，並要求分支機構須落實。
- 與海外各分支機構維持良好之溝通管道。 7.「防制洗錢與打擊資恐專業人員測驗」與「國際反洗錢認證師(CAMS)」二張證照二擇一。

### 二、與總行相關單位、海外分支機構相關單位，共同協作及合作辦理年度重要專案或工作計畫，包含
- 新種業務專案之參與、提供AML&CFT之專業建議。
- 熟悉各項業務流程，參與或負責流程效率提升專案。
- 辦理各海外分支機構之實地訪查，並完成訪查報告。
- 協助海外分支機構提出系統需求，提升AML相關系統效能。
