- 集團績效管理如集團營運目標及五年計畫報告(包含執行與追蹤各子公司營運目標績效、財務數據資料、資本適足率指標、金融產業訊息及同業績效追蹤等)
- 協助辦理集團資本結構規劃及建議，並執行公司長短期募資計畫(股、債)
- 接軌國內外監理趨勢(如保險業接軌IFRS17&ICS及銀行接軌新版Basel III規範之資本及ICS管理規劃、集團接軌SBT、RE100、IFRS S1&S2永續會計準則之資訊接露方針)
- 負責日常資金調度及帳務作業
- 辦理國際信用評等，彙整國內外資本市場案例與募資/投資規範
- 重大訊息查證及公開處理
