## Job description

【核心職責】 通常負責系統高層次架構設計與技術解決方案的規劃，具體工作內容涵蓋以下幾個面向：

### 專案架構設計與顧問
- 能理解業務需求，並轉化為技術可行之解決方案，能主導架構設計會議，適時提供技術專業意見。

### 實作概念驗證（POC）開發
- 開發並驗證POC或技術試驗，確保系統設計的可行性與技術創新。

### 技術專案實作
- 負責解決方案的實際落地與部署，確保專案及系統符合各面向如：安全性、彈性與可靠性要求。

### 團隊共好協作
- 能與用戶、內外部團隊、PM等合作，確保專案順利推進。

### 其他任務支援
- 依主管指派，支援相關專案推動與臨時性任務，確保組織運作與策略目標順利達成。 【必要技能】 1.掌握主流程式語言，如Java，Spring Boot框架，能夠編寫與審查程式碼，若能指導技術落地更佳。 2.有雲端技術與微服務架構經驗，了解Kubernetes、Docker等技術的應用。 【夥伴特質】 我們尋找的是對技術充滿熱情、具備優秀執行力與溝通能力的技術專才。這個角色需要具有全局視角，能夠同時掌握細節並推動團隊前進。您應該擁有較強的解決問題能力，並能根據業務需求快速調整技術策略，為團隊和利害關係人提供清晰的技術指導與決策。 【團隊與發展】

### 前瞻機會
- 加入數位架構發展部，參與雲原生架構設計與開發，並透過跨單位合作推動相關專案與數位轉型工作。

- 在多元專案中累積實務經驗，逐步累積架構設計與整體解決方案相關經驗，並於開放交流的環境中持續精進。
