## Job description

✅實習期間：2027.2-2027.6 你不需要一開始就很懂 IT 或法務，我們更期待你願意問問題、找問題，一起讓事情變得更好。

### 找出流程哪裡卡卡的
- 跟著團隊了解既有工作進行方式，找出重複、耗時、容易出錯的環節。

### 把複雜規範變得好懂
- 整理 SOP、作業規範與流程優化，把散落資訊重組成易懂清楚的內容。

### 重新設計流程
- 「如果重新設計，可以怎麼做得更順？」協助畫流程圖、整理改善方案。

### 認識 IT 治理與法遵
- - 接觸資訊安全、資料保護、權限管理、風險控管等基本概念。 - 將治理或法遵要求轉化為可執行的流程與作業規範。

### 建立對系統開發流程的基本認識
- 不一定會直接參與系統開發專案，但希望你對「一個需求如何轉化成系統功能」以及「系統開發如何被管理」有基本的好奇心與學習意願。

### 參與流程與制度改善專案
- 有機會參與訪談、專案討論、需求整理、流程設計與進度追蹤。
