## Job description
- 與私募基金客戶洽談併購融資需求與融資架構，並進行標的公司研究資料與授信風險分析，配合客戶要求時程完成內部授信提報程序。
- 深耕既有私募基金客群，掌握併購融資商機，並持續開拓優質新戶。
- 執行單位所賦予各項業務目標，以確保單位年度目標盈餘之達成。
- 定期檢視授信戶(標的主體)營運狀況，落實貸後管理。
- 協助指導業務團隊同仁，提昇團隊工作績效及專業能力。
