- 負責軟體品質相關之系統專案規劃、執行、進度追蹤、風險控管及資源協調，或導入廠商解決方案。
- 負責跨部門資源整合/跨團隊溝通協調。
- 控管專案成本、時程、資源、風險，利害關係人管理。
- 產出專案管理相關必要文件，向利害關係人和主管提案專案計畫與進度簡報等。
