Caterpillar Undercarriage Italia - Valsamoggia (Bo) Siamo alla ricerca di un Manutentore Meccanico Senior da inserire all’interno del nostro team di Manutenzione. La risorsa avrà il compito di garantire la massima efficienza e disponibilità degli impianti produttivi, eseguendo interventi di manutenzione preventiva e a guasto, operando sempre nel rispetto degli standard di sicurezza aziendali. Il canditato ideale ha maturato una solida esperienza su impianti di trattamento termico oppure su sitemi complessi come macchine automatiche, isole robotizzate e macchine utensili. Principali Responsailità Eseguire gli interventi di manutenzione nel pieno rispetto degli standard di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali di Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Effettuare interventi di manutenzione meccanica ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva su impianti produttivi, linee automatiche o macchine utensili. Diagnosticare e risolvere guasti di natura meccanica, pneumatica ed idraulica. Compilare la documentazione tecnica e i permessi di lavoro previsti (lavori in quota o spazi confinati) prima dell’inizio delle attività. ### Requisiti - Diploma tecnico come Perito Meccanico o Meccatronico, oppure qualifica professionale equivalente. - Esperienza e conoscenza specifica in almeno uno dei seguenti ambiti; Impianti e forni per il trattamento termico dei metalli Macchine automatiche Macchine utensili a CNC (Centri di lavoro, torni, rettifiche) Robot antropomorfi (Fanuc, Kuka) Completano il profilo: attitudine al problem solving e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, flessibilità, precisione e puntualità, buona gestione dello stress e capacità di lavorare in squadra.
