Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. ### Job Description As a Maintenance Tech II, your job duties will include, but may not be limited to: Performance of preventive maintenance on process/production equipment as scheduled in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Respond to and provide service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes, regulations, and industry standards. Safely performs functions of the position including following proper safety guidelines such as job hazard analysis and lockout/tag out procedures and wearing PPE as required. Prepare/complete assigned tasks in conformance with applicable procedure requirements provided by the supervisor. Perform reparative maintenance on production equipment. Assist with electrical installations and repairs. This is a unique role that will require work hours that vary from a typical schedule. There will be times when the successful candidate will be required to support activities and installations during weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns. ### Physical Requirements Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes. Work at heights of up to 30 feet from the floor, work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures, and walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, with or without reasonable accommodation. ### Minimum Skills Requirements: 2 years minimum of cumulative experience performing industrial maintenance, corrective, preventive, and testing in a manufacturing facility AND/OR relevant industry certification. ### Desired Skills Requirements: Prior experience within a Caterpillar Facility. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and equipment diagrams. Safe and effective use of common maintenance tools (carpentry, plumbing, assembly, etc.). Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and installation of manufacturing machine components. Experience utilizing CMMS. We offer competitive wages, quarterly bonus, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, RX, and 401K) paid holidays, paid time off and paid training that begin on day one of employment! ### Shift Schedules 1st Shift - M-F 6:15 AM - 2:15 PM 2nd Shift - M-F 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM 3rd Shift - S-F 10:15 PM - 6:15 AM Weekend Crew – F-S 3x12/hour shifts 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs Starting pay rates: 1st Shift - $27.20/hour 2nd & 3rd Shifts - $29.38/hour (includes 8% shift premium) ### Additional Information Resumes are encouraged.
