Matter Expert (SME) ในกระบวนการหรือสถานีงานหลัก ▸โค้ชและพัฒนาทีม Technician / Specialist ในด้านเทคนิคและมาตรฐานการทำงาน ร่วมกับ Engineering / Quality ในการปรับปรุงแบบ / Process / Work Instruction ▸นำโครงการ Continuous Improvement เช่น Lean, Six Sigma, Productivity Improvement ▸สนับสนุนการเตรียม Line สำหรับ New Model / New Product Introduction (NPI) ▸ตรวจสอบและควบคุมมาตรฐานคุณภาพในระดับ Line / Area ▸มีส่วนร่วมในการลด Defect, Rework และ Productivity Loss Skills & Competencies ▸ความเชี่ยวชาญสูงในการอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม และระบบเครื่องกล/ไฟฟ้า ▸Advanced
