If you wish to know the status of your application, please use the candidate log-in on our career website as it will reflect any update s to your status. ### What you will do Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring contract documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and timely completion of contractual requirements. Manages and follows up on documentation exceptions and outstanding items, including insurance policies, registrations/patents, guarantees, and other post-funding requirements. Coordinates with dealers, Sales, Credit, and internal stakeholders to resolve pending items and ensure proper process control. Develops and maintains reports, dashboards, and automation tools using Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar technologies to improve visibility, control, and operational efficiency. What you have: Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. ### Service Excellence Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner. ### Decision Making and Critical Thinking Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. ### Effective Communications Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. ### Listening Knowledge of effective listening issues and techniques; ability to gather, clarify, and apply information transmitted verbally, while exhibiting a genuine interest toward the speaker. ### Problem Solving Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations. ### Relationship Management Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. ### Act with Urgency Ability to prioritize and resolve contract-related issues promptly, minimizing delays while always ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. ### Basic Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or similar Intermediate English Experience: Experience in data analysis, process management, cross-functional collaboration, and working within structured processes, internal controls, and audit requirements, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous process improvement. Advanced Excel skills and basic knowledge of Power BI, Python, or similar data analysis and automation tools. Top Candidates will also have: Exposure to financing, leasing, operations, equipment services, or contract administration environments. Experience or demonstrated interest in data analysis, reporting, databases, and process automation, using tools such as Python, Power BI, Excel, Salesforce, or similar. Pre-Advanced English. Familiarity with document controls, audit requirements, or process compliance.
