Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 4D 毫米波雷达感知工程师 岗位职责 负责 4D 毫米波雷达点云感知算法开发，融合多普勒速度信息实现目标检测、跟踪与运动估计。 负责 4D 毫米波雷达标定（安装姿态及外参标定、与车体坐标对齐），支持整车集成与实车测试。 负责 4D 毫米波雷达与激光雷达、相机的数据融合，提升扬尘、雨雾等恶劣环境下的感知性能。 负责雷达点云噪声、多径、杂波抑制及静态/动态目标分离等信号与点云处理算法开发。 支持雷达选型评估、数据采集及实车问题分析，与供应商协同推进性能优化。 负责雷达感知模块在车端平台的部署、实时性优化与持续迭代。 任职要求-基本要求 计算机、电子、通信、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 3 年以上毫米波雷达感知或多传感器融合算法开发经验。 熟练掌握 C++ 和 Python，熟悉 Linux 及 ROS/ROS2。

毫米波雷达感知方向 熟悉 FMCW 雷达原理，理解距离、速度、角度测量及 4D 雷达点云特性。 熟悉雷达点云聚类、多目标跟踪（KF/EKF/IMM 及数据关联）及基于多普勒的自车速度估计方法。 了解基于深度学习的 4D 雷达点云检测方法，如 RPFA-Net、RadarPillars 等。 能够设计雷达感知评测方法，分析多径、杂波、遮挡等导致的误检漏检原因。 多传感器融合与标定方向 熟悉雷达-激光雷达、雷达-相机外参标定方法及时间同步机制。 熟悉前融合（数据级）、特征级融合及后融合（目标级）方案，具备实际落地经验。 具备实车集成、测试与问题定位经验。 加分项 矿山、港口、园区等封闭场景自动驾驶经验。 恶劣天气（扬尘、雨雾）条件下雷达感知或融合鲁棒性优化经验。 4D 毫米波雷达原始数据（ADC 数据 / Radar Cube）处理经验。 4D 雷达-相机 BEV 融合感知（如 RCFusion）研究或应用经验。
