### 职位职责

审核员工严格按照公司相关管理规定和各项作业指导书进行操作； 独立完成日常班组人员管理工作； 对事前跟进，发现潜在风险后，提前给员工预警; 做好5S审核工作，以保持仓库工作场所整洁、有序； 不断加强班组的质量、安全意识，提升工作技能，提高工作效率； 能按主管要求独立发展和制定合理、有效的仓库操作流程; 紧急情况时能够操作叉车进行货物的装卸、存储； 日常报告和报表的设计和更新；IRA&MPU等报告的根本原因分析; 主管不在时，顶替主管日常的管理工作； 配合主管安排的其它工作。

### 职位要求
