Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. 主要工作职责 - 工具日常维护保养 按照维护计划完成生产工具的日常保养工作。 对电动工具、气动工具、扭矩工具等进行定期检查和清洁。 对发现异常的工具及时维修或安排外部维修。 建立并维护工具履历及维修记录。 - 工具校验与验证 按照校验计划完成扭矩工具、量具和检测设备的周期校验。 使用标准设备进行工具精度验证和性能确认。 确保所有工具校验状态符合公司及客户要求。 对超差工具进行隔离、标识和处理。 - 生产现场支持 快速响应产线工具故障需求。 支持产线工具更换、调试和问题排查。 协助处理因工具异常引起的质量问题。 保障生产过程中工具可用率。 - 工具资产管理 负责工具台账建立与维护。 管理工具编号、校验标签和状态标识。 跟踪工具校验到期情况。 配合完成工具盘点工作。 - 持续改进 收集工具故障数据并开展原因分析。 提出工具可靠性及使用效率改善建议。 参与工具管理流程优化和标准化建设。 协助推进现场安全改善项目。 - EHS与质量管理 遵守公司安全管理要求。 正确使用个人防护用品（PPE）。 按照质量体系要求保存相关记录。 发现安全风险及时上报并推动整改。 任职资格 有制造业相关工作经验。 有装配工厂工具管理、设备维护或校验经验优先。 ### Posting Dates 十月 13, 2026 - 十月 19, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
