## Job description

### RLC Service Engineer (South) Summary

The RLC Service Engineer role plays a critical technical role in supporting strategic projects in the South. The role ensures that RLC solutions are technically compliant, correctly implemented, and successfully handed over to customers.

### Consulting Support
- Confirm the functions and technical features of the product according to project requirements.
- Participate in meetings with customers to present and advise on solutions when requested by customers or investors.

### Support Delivery & Acceptance
- Support the acceptance of the quantity and quality of products upon delivery (if required).

### Training
- Provide technical documents and corresponding instruction manuals for each project/construction.
- Instructions for installation for customers.
- Instructions for installation to contractors according to the technical requirements and standards of the product.
- Warranty and T&C - Perform T&C (Testing & Commissioning) if applicable.
- Provide system operation instructions to the customer (onsite or offsite, depending on the agreement).
- Conduct warranty checks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

### Minimum Requirements

University/College degree in HVAC/Refrigeration/Thermal Engineering

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry. Good communication skills Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English Experience at M&E companies is a plus Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
