Role overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our People & Culture Operations Team in Poznań. As part of Carlsberg Shared Services, you will support Carlsberg Central Office in Copenhagen and gain practical experience across a variety of People & Culture processes in an international environment. What you’ll be doing Supporting employee lifecycle processes Maintaining employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and other P&C systems Supporting onboarding, employee changes and Compensation & Benefits processes Assisting with reporting, process improvements, and innovation initiatives Responding to employee queries and providing day-to-day support Collaborating closely with experienced P&C professionals across teams and locations What we’re looking for Positive and solution-focused in your approach Solution oriented and organized approach - Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy workload - Works well with others with a high level of responsibility Able to work well in a team in a remote setup, but can take responsibility for your own tasks Curiosity to ask questions and question current practices Fluent English, both written and spoken Good knowledge of MS Office Studies or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or genuine interest in these areas) Availability of at least 30 hours per week What you can expect Min 6 months of internship and opportunity to join Carlsberg Shared Services as a permanent employee afterwards Hands-on experience in an international business environment Cooperation with top class professionals during everyday work and trainings English-speaking workplace Attractive salary & internship plan tailored to your skills and talents Flexible working hours Convenient location right in the heart of the vibrant city Social events and unique internal initiatives Interested?
