The role requires a versatile writer capable of translating complex briefs into compelling creative solutions across traditional and digital platforms. About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic and experienced Specialist: Copywriter to join our creative team. This role is suited to an intermediate to senior-level copywriter with a strong advertising background and proven experience developing compelling campaigns across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable crafting a campaign concept for television and radio as they are writing digital content, social media copy, customer communications, and integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires someone who can think beyond execution and contribute strategically to brand storytelling, campaign development, and creative problem-solving. Creative portfolio link must be shared with application. ### Job Requirements Copywriting & Creative Development Develop compelling copy for integrated marketing campaigns. ### Write for multiple channels including Television Radio Digital advertising Social media Brand and campaign collateral Produce copy that aligns with brand tone and communication principles. Craft campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, scripts, and long-form content where required. Translate strategic marketing objectives into creative communication solutions. Strategic Contribution Participate in campaign ideation and creative concept development. Interpret and respond to complex marketing briefs. Contribute strategic thinking during campaign planning and messaging development. Collaborate with designers, marketers, product teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions. Quality & Brand Governance Ensure all copy meets brand, legal, compliance, and quality standards. Maintain consistency of voice and messaging across channels. Adapt messaging for different audience segments and communication objectives. Collaboration Partner closely with designers and creative teams throughout campaign development. Present and motivate creative recommendations to stakeholders. Provide constructive feedback during creative reviews. ### Experience 5+ years' professional copywriting experience. Proven experience within an advertising agency, creative agency, or brand marketing environment. Demonstrated experience delivering through-the-line marketing campaigns. Portfolio showcasing work across traditional and digital channels. Strong conceptual and campaign development experience. Exposure to financial services, retail, or consumer brands.
