[Apply on Capital One Financial’s careers site →](https://capitalone.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/Capital_One/job/Alabang-Muntinlupa-City/Sr-Operations-Representative_R236894) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Capital One Financial](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/capital-one-financial/) / Sr. Operations Representative ## Job description Alabang (96050), Philippines, Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region (Manila) Sr. ### Operations Representative Responsibilities - Account Servicing Listens attentively to customers in order to address issues / questions responsibly; Updates account information, as requested by the customer; Transfers the customer to the appropriate department, as needed ### Functional Knowledge - Displays expertise in product and service knowledge; Understands and adheres to company policies and procedures. ### Training - Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent potential job risks ### Servicing - Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns Qualifications: - At least high school level - Must have at least 7 months Call Center experience, Shared Services or Business Process Outsourcing background - Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills - Preferably with Financial or Fraud Background No agencies please.
