About the job you’re consideringCapgemini is looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Support Consultant to join our Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) team, supporting a secure and complex SAP landscape within a high-profile Defence programme. This role offers the opportunity to work across critical supply chain, warehouse, and logistics processes that support essential operational activities.As part of Capgemini's ADM practice, you'll join a team responsible for delivering reliable application support, continuous service improvement, and operational excellence. Working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, you'll help ensure SAP logistics solutions remain stable, efficient, and aligned to evolving business needs.Your RoleProviding functional support across SAP Materials Management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and related logistics processesSupporting procurement, inventory management, goods movements, and warehouse operationsInvestigating and resolving incidents, service requests, and process issues within agreed service levelsSupporting PLM and logistics integration scenarios to ensure seamless end-to-end business processesWorking with technical teams to diagnose cross-functional and cross-system issuesContributing to enhancements, process improvements, and service optimisation initiativesSupporting change management and testing activities for system updates and new functionalityEnsuring operational processes remain compliant, controlled, and effective within a secure environmentYour skills and experienceStrong SAP MM knowledge with experience supporting procurement and inventory processesUnderstanding of SAP EWM and warehouse management operationsExperience supporting logistics and supply chain business processes within SAP environmentsKnowledge of cross-module integrations and end-to-end supply chain flowsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage issues through to resolutionExperience working within an Application Management Services (AMS) or support environment is highly desirableWe are a Disability Confident EmployerCapgemini is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2) under the UK Government’s Disability Confident scheme.As part of our commitment to inclusive recruitment, we will offer an interview to all candidates who: Declare they have a disability, and Meet the minimum essential criteria for the role.Please opt in during the application process.Your security clearance and pre-employment checksActive UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role.
