Your RoleLead the design, development, validation, and release of automotive differential systems and driveline components, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and timing targets are achieved.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vehicle engineering, manufacturing, validation, and suppliers to develop technical solutions and ensure successful system integration.Own engineering deliverables including DFMEA, DVP&R, FMEA, CAD models, GD&T drawings, BOMs, engineering releases, and change management activities.Manage Tier 1 suppliers, technical reviews, prototype builds, root cause investigations, and corrective actions throughout the product lifecycle.Support vehicle builds, launch activities, warranty investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of automotive product development experience.Strong knowledge of differential systems, axle assemblies, gears, bearings, seals, lubrication systems, powertrain integration, and transmission/driveline components.Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, GD&T, root cause analysis, engineering validation, and automotive release processes.Proficiency with NX, CATIA, Teamcenter, and Microsoft Office tools; experience creating CAD models, 2D drawings, and managing product structures.Excellent communication, project management, and supplier management skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and work effectively in cross-functional global teams.Advanced English communication skills.What you'll loveContribute to building a better future for people, planet, and society.Thrive in a diverse, respectful, and inclusive environment.Access continuous learning through internal academies, certifications, and mentorship.Active employee networks promoting diversity, equity and inclusion like OutFront, CapAbility or Women@Capgemini.A culture anchored in our Fun and Team spirit values.About CapgeminiCapgemini is an AI-powered global business and technology transformation partner, delivering tangible business value.
