Your main responsabilities you will be: - Facilitate Scrum and Kanban practices, ensuring teams effectively adopt Agile principles, values, and methodologies.Identify and remove impediments that may impact team productivity, delivery timelines, and overall performance.Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups, ensuring continuous improvement.Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to align delivery objectives with organizational goals and provide regular progress reporting.Coach and support teams in self-organization, process optimization, and Agile maturity development while driving transformation initiatives across the organization.YOUR PROFILEBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum - 3 years of experience as a Scrum - Master or Agile - Master within software development teams.Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies, with the ability to promote Agile values and best practices.Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated capability to support Agile transformation initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
