### Your RoleManaging O2C cases

billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues;Maintaining and updating SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.Your ProfileMinimum 1 year of O2C experience, covering billing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation;Minimum educational qualification: Baccalaureate diploma;Solid understanding of accounting principles and internal controls;English and
