Your roleResponsible for timely and accurate processing of end to end Talent Acquisition activities (Manage candidate information, create requisitions, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer management, reporting etc.);Handles employee requests according to the project deadlines;Provides clarification of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures across teams;Collaborates with client team to understand process challenges, flows, etc.;Maintains collaborative relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders;Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.Your profileGood verbal and written communication skills - English and German minimum B2;Baccalaureate diploma is required; Valid experience of at least 1 year in Talent Acquisition;Strong analytical skills for the reporting;Positive team player.What you’ll love about working hereFlexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;Do you want to learn more?
