Your roleAs a ServiceNow Consultant, you will be key in building and nurturing strong customer relationships by consistently delivering on your assigned tasks and exceeding client expectations. You will proactively identify opportunities for additional work and assist in recognizing cross-selling leads. Your expertise will be vital in building and transitioning effective Service Management and Service Integration solutions. You will also conduct discovery processes, gather business requirements, assess IT organization maturity, and translate these into actionable IT delivery plans aligned with core IT principles. Your tasksBuild customer relationships by delivering at client expectations on assigned deliverables, proactively identifying add on work and assisting in identifying cross sales leadsBuild and transition Service Management and Service Integration solutionsCarry out discovery process by gathering customer’s business requirements and/or assessing the maturity of the IT organization and the level of businessTranslate customer’s business requirements into IT delivery, including IT principlesOversee specific work / tasks or process streams including ensuring ITIL aligned processes, procedures and work instructions are produced to required standard and are trained uponYour profileStrong analytical skills to evaluate the criticality of information collected from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detailPresentation and workshops facilitation skills, ability to provide training to clients and internal team membersExperience in ITIL Service Management Processes (IT Asset Management Lifecycle processes as a plus)Awareness of technologies and good practices that support ITSM solutions, integrations including CMDB and auto-discovery toolingUnderstanding of functionalities of ServiceNow and ability to explain and recommend platform capabilities to maximize value of delivered service.Hands-on experience in deployment, configuration or administration of the ServiceNow platform, familiarity with system automations and integration architectureExcellent command of the English language and experience in communication across all levels of an IT organization, at the most senior levelReadiness for business travelWhat You'll love about working hereWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
