### Job DescriptionSolution Architect – Solumina (Aerospace MES/MOM)Location

India (Hybrid/Remote)

### Experience

10+ YearsJoin us to drive next-generation digital manufacturing transformation programs for leading Aerospace & Defense organizations. We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in iBase-t Solumina to lead MES/MOM solution design, implementation, and integration initiatives across complex aerospace manufacturing environments.Role OverviewThis is a Solution Architect role focused on Aerospace Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES/MOM).

The position combines solution architecture, digital manufacturing consulting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery leadership to help clients optimize shop-floor operations, quality processes, and end-to-end traceability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture and implementation of iBase-t Solumina for aerospace manufacturing programs.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable MES/MOM solutions aligned with aerospace manufacturing operations.

### Configure and implement capabilities including
- Production Execution
- Electronic Work Instructions
- Quality Management
- Genealogy & Traceability
- Non-Conformance Management
- Integrate MES solutions with SAP ERP, PLM systems, Quality platforms, Supply Chain applications, and shop-floor automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality processes.
- Lead solution design workshops, deployment activities, testing cycles, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and IT stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership, governance, best practices, and mentoring to project teams.
- Support digital manufacturing transformation initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 strategies.Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of experience in MES/MOM, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Manufacturing solutions.
- Hands-on experience with iBase-t Solumina

### Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes including
- Assembly Operations
- MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
- Quality Management
- Shop Floor Execution
- Experience integrating MES platforms with SAP ERP, PLM systems, and automation/OT solutions.
- Knowledge of ISA-95, Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), and Industry 4.0 frameworks.
- Strong understanding of:
- Product Genealogy
- End-to-End Traceability
- Electronic Work Instructions
- Quality & Regulatory Compliance
- Experience in solution architecture, client engagement, and manufacturing transformation programs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.

### Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Experience working with Aerospace & Defense OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.What You'll Love About Working Here
