In this role, you will be responsible for managing an AR portfolio, driving cash collections, and building strong relationships with customers while ensuring service excellence and achieving performance targets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage an assigned Accounts Receivable portfolio and follow up on outstanding invoices.Contact customers regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment arrangements.Resolve payment issues and support customers experiencing repayment difficulties.Monitor aging reports and achieve cash collection targets.Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities and payment agreements.Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering a high-quality service.Analyze account information and identify opportunities for process improvements.Meet established KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit & Collections, or Order-to-Cash processes.Strong understanding of AR and collection procedures.Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.What We're Looking ForStrong ownership and accountability.Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.Join our team and help drive operational excellence while contributing to the financial success of our clients.Job Description - Grade SpecificEntry and mid Junior level in a Finance Administration roleStrong team player with the ability to build good relationships with their stakeholders.Able to act on own initiative with regular supervision.
