Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.YOUR ROLEIn this role, you should expect to: Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, translating business requirements into functional configurations.Manage products, product bundles, price books, discount schedules, product rules, and price rules.Configure and maintain quote templates, quote terms, and pricing and quoting processes.Participate in SIT/UAT testing phases, supporting defect analysis and resolution.Provide Level 2 functional support for incidents and service requests related to CPQ, pricing, and contracting.Collaborate with business users and technical teams, maintaining functional documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.YOUR PROFILE2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and strong knowledge of its core functionalities.Experience working within the Salesforce Lightning Experience environment.Proven background supporting both Build & Run delivery models.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business teams.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.Additional advantages include Salesforce CPQ Certification, Sales Cloud experience, exposure to global environments, and familiarity with Apex, Flows, integrations, and ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREAt Capgemini Portugal we have a flexible and dynamic work environment.
