Your RoleAdminister and manage Datadog platform including agent deployment, integrations, configurations, and governance.Implement and optimize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions using Datadog APM and Broadcom DX APM.Configure application tracing, service maps, synthetic monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), dashboards, alerts, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).Integrate multiple monitoring tools and enable correlation of metrics, logs, and traces for unified observability.Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance issues using observability data.Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and platform teams for onboarding and monitoring requirements.Improve monitoring coverage, optimize alerting strategies, and reduce alert noise.Manage platform upgrades, performance tuning, and monitoring best practices.Your ProfileMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Datadog Platform Administration.Strong expertise in Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and Observability.Good knowledge of Broadcom DX APM.Experience with distributed tracing and microservices monitoring.Strong understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, and traces.Experience in dashboard creation, alert tuning, and monitoring governance.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills.What will you love working at Capgemini?You can shape your career with us.
