In this role, you will lead and coordinate strategic and operational projects within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, and healthcare sectors. You will act as a key interface between business, technical, quality, and regulatory teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry regulations.You will play a critical role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of Life Sciences projects.In this role you will play a key role in: Managing end-to-end project delivery across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare environmentsCoordinating cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and EngineeringDeveloping and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategiesEnsuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, GMP, GxP, and quality standards throughout project executionLeading governance meetings, tracking project performance, and providing clear communication to stakeholders and senior managementDriving technology transfer, process improvement, digital transformation, validation, or operational excellence initiatives depending on project needsIdentifying project risks, managing issue resolution, and implementing mitigation actions to ensure successful outcomesSupporting organizational change management and fostering collaboration across global and multidisciplinary teamsYour ProfileWe are looking for a proactive and results-oriented project management professional with a strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and its regulatory environment.You bring:A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, healthcare, or related Life Sciences sectorsProven experience managing cross-functional projects involving quality, regulatory, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or product development activitiesA solid understanding of GMP/GxP environments and the challenges associated with regulated industriesStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authorityExperience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks in complex organizational environmentsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitiesStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluency in French; additional languages such as English are considered a strong assetPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are considered an advantageWhat you'll love about working hereWell-being Hub - The global Well-Being Hub connects employees across various facets of well-being: work-life balance, working hours and network growth.Career acceleration programs - From associate to leaders and beyond, get support in your career at every stage with award-winning programs such as our leadership development program, Connected Manager, to accelerate your growth and develop your expertise.Mentoring programs - Capgemini empowers women at all career stages with programs spanning STEM education to career reentry.
